Revolve M-687 is specifically designed for applications where a combination of high flexibility and elastic recovery is essential. It also exhibits excellent flow properties so can be used for complex articles.

Revolve N-228 is a metallocene catalysed, fully formulated, UV stabilised rotomoulding plastomer. A combination of high flexibility and good recovery make this an ideal grade for applications such as road signs. It also exhibits excellent flow properties so can be used for complex articles.

Revolve N-266 is a Rotomoulding based octene plastomer produced in a solution polymerisation process using a metallocene catalyst. It is designed for applications requiring excellent flow, high flexibility, outstanding toughness and excellent low temperature impact.

Revolve M-638 is a fully formulated rotomoulding resin designed for general purpose applications. It’s relatively high MFI means it is especially suitable for more complex shapes where an excellent surface finish is required. Additionally this grade carries WRC approval for potable water applications.

Revolve M-505 is a fully formulated wide specification black, designed for general purpose applications. This product does not contain reclaimed rotomoulded materials.

Revolve M-776 is a rotational moulding polyethylene black grade. It has been designed to provide good flow characteristics and medium stiffness without compromising impact properties.

Revolve n-109 is a fast-cycling LMDPE with a wide processing window, good flow characteristics and good impact properties.

Revolve N-461 is a rotational moulding polyethylene general purpose grade designed to provide excellent flow characteristics without compromising impact strength. it is suitable for very complex articles.

Revolve 4068 is a fast-cycling LMDPE with a wide processing window, excellent mouldability and superb natural colour. This grade has been tailor-made to provide the moulder with a versatile, high performance general purpose grade, and forms the basis of all our standard colours and mottles. Fully UV stabilised.

Revolve N-270 is a fully formulated rotomoulding grade designed for general purpose applications and small tanks. The resin has medium stiffness and good impact strength.

Revolve N-324 is a linear medium density rotomoulding resin designed especially for the production of larger items, such as tanks. This material combines good flow Characteristics with high level of stiffness with excellent impact strength.

Revolve N-132 is a rotational moulding low density octene polyethylene grade which has been designed to provide excellent ESCR and toughness.

Revolve N-265 is a fully formulated rotational moulding grade especially suitable for general purpose applications where extra impact strength is required. This grade is ideal for applications such as small tanks and other “industrial” items. This grade is also suitable for ESCR and chemical resistance applications.

Revolve N-332 is a fully formulated low density rotomoulding grade, producing a resin ideally suited to applications where toughness is essential. Impact strength is good, ductility and mouldability are outstanding and the resin has an exceptionally wide moulding window. Being a linear low density resin, ESCR is also outstanding.

Revolve M-686 is a fully formulated rotomoulding resin especially suitable for large tank applications. Additionally this grade carries WRC approval for potable water applications (Cert No. 0311501) and it is designed to meet the requirements of BS4213. It has a high (2% min) carbon black content for extra UV stability and opacity.

Revolve M-748 is a fully formulated black rotomoulding resin especially suitable for large tank and diesel applications. This grade has been tailored to provide good mouldability.

Revolve M-762 is a fully formulated black rotomoulding resin suitable in applications where stiffness is a requirement. This grade presents excellent stiffness, good impact strength and toughness.

Revolve N-259 is a fully formulated black rotomoulding resin suitable in applications where stiffness is a requirement. This grade presents excellent stiffness, good impact strength and toughness.

Revolve N-264 is a rotomoulding high density polyethylene resin which has good mouldability, impact strength and is fully UV stabilised.

Revolve N-307 is a high density, low melt index hexene polyethylene resin. It has excellent impact strength and is UV10 stabilised. This grade complies with the Australian standards AS2070, AS4020 and AS4766 which make it ideal for large water tanks.

Revolve M-601 is a Super-Linear grade with outstanding stiffness and scratch resistance ideal in any leisure marine applications

Revolve M-760 is a Super-Linear grade with superior stiffness and hardness without compromising impact properties and flow characteristics.

Revolve N-131 is a fully formulated rotational moulding grade designed for use in applications where a high degree of stiffness is required. The use of metallocene technology gives this grade the toughness to withstand the most demanding of environments. This grade is only suitable for non-ESCR applications.

Revolve XL400 is a cross linkable polyethylene grade which combines outstanding performance with all the benefits of a high MFI resin. This grade is especially suitable for demanding applications such as diesel tanks and IBCs due to the superb chemical resistance properties afforded by crosslinked PE parts.

Revolve M-574 is a medium/ fast cycling medium density polyethylene resin base which has been modified to make it conductive.

Kynar RG3200 is a custom-designed rotomoulding grade of Poly(vinylidene Fluoride). This product exhibits outstanding chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, and low permeability to hydrocarbons. It also exhibits flame retardancy.

Explore XP9003 is a rotomouldable Polycarbonate powder. It’s low viscosity make it an ideal grade for applications where good aestetic properties are more important than impact strength. This material will conform to the UL94 V-2 fame retardancy test, is very rigid and very hard, and is available in clear or coloured forms.

Revolve M-649 is a fully formulated rotomoulding grade which contains a new formulation Flame Retardant additive designed to give much improved weatherability and whiter Natural colour. The grade also has been designed to give increased stiffness. Classified according to UL94 V-2 @ 3mm.

Revolve M-716 is a medium/ fast cycling medium density polyethylene resin base which has been modified to make it conductive. This grade also has FDA food contact approval.

Revolve S-TeQ PP 35 is a polypropylene grade for rotational moulding designed to provide enhanced impact properties without compromising the stiffness and high temperature resistance. The grade is fully UV stabilised.

Revolve M-56 is part of a new generation of rotational moulding foam grade which has been designed to give outstanding rigidity and closed cell. Revolve Rilsan Roto 11 is a Polyamide 11 (Nylon) resin formulated specifically for the demands of Rotational Moulding. It is very mouldable and exhibits low moisture absorbtion compared to PA6 and 6.6. It posseses very high stiffness, temperature resistance and is virtually impermeable to petrol.

Revolve ARVO 950 TLD is a Polyamide 12 (Nylon) resin formulated specifically for the demands of Rotational Moulding. It is very mouldable and exhibits low moisture absorbtion compared to PA6 and 6.6. It posseses very high stiffness, temperature resistance and is virtually impermeable to petrol.

Rilsan PA11 MB3000 was developed specifically for applications requiring excellent fuel permeation properties combined with flame retardancy. This material has UL94 VO rating at 3mm wall thickness. It is widely used for aeronautical applications.

Revolve S-TeQ PA12 is a rotational moulding polyamide 12 with enhanced cold imapct resistance.

Explore ® CT PP is a two-layer, rotomouldable composite technology structure comprising a modified polypropylene outer layer (XP9041) and a modified polyolefin (XP9042) inner layer. The system combines the beneficial properties of Polypropylene with improved impact resistance. Each layer must have a minimum wall thickness of 3mm.
