We provide an unparalleled level of technical support which, like everything at Vanglobe Matrix, is 100% focussed on the rotational moulding market. We are continually working with new materials to help push the boundaries of the rotomoulding process. We believe in a hands on approach and are happy to spend time with customers on site to develop new products and trial new materials.

Vanglobe Matrix has manufacturing operations in Brisbane, Perth and Palmerston North in New Zealand. Our laboratory facilities are located in our Brisbane HQ and include polymer rheology testing, visual microscopy, image recognition software, opacity tester and a high temperature furnance. Our facilities also include a rotational moulding machine, a chilling unit capable of -40C and impact testing built to ARM standards.
If you’ve recently taken on new staff or are introducing a new production process, you’ll find our training courses can help you improve your output. We offer off-the-shelf courses, such as rotomoulding basics or hands-on operator training, or can create a course to suit your specific needs. Courses can be held at our dedicated Technical Centre, or at your premises.
