Releasecote
Vanglobe Releasecote is a water-based, semi-permanent, high-release coating that not only provides excellent mould protection, but ensures perfect release each time. Releasecote is a water-based solution that is easy and safe to use for your team.
This product comes in three formats to suit your applications:
- Releasecote 414 is suited for parting lines, removable pins and other areas requiring high-release properties.
- Releasecote 715 is suited for the release of parts with large flat surfaces, or parts where there is difficulty in containing warpage.
- Releasecote 320 is has a built-in rust inhibitor and is suited for general purpose moulding.
Rotagloss
Vanglobe Rotagloss is the premium product for the protection of your mould. With a remarkable ability to withstand attack by heat, light mechanical stress and weathering in all climates, this product performs three functions:
- Mould release agent
- Rust inhibitor for external mould use
- Gloss finish
Easy Solve
Vanglobe Easy Solve is a ready-to-use mould cleaner that can dissolve unwanted residue on the mould surface. Excess pigment build-up and plate-out can affect the outcome of finished product. This product has also been shown to be effective in removing stains from moulded parts.
This product is easy-to-use and can be applied with a rag or in a spray can. Full instructions for use and handling are available on the product.
